I led the team that built a hospitality platform connecting event organizers, companies, and caterers. Still in production at Roland Garros.

Momense - Hospitality Platform

Momense is a hospitality platform built around three personas:

• Organizers: the entities that run events (e.g. PSG, Roland Garros)
• Customers: companies participating in the event, who invite their own guests
• Caterers: the providers delivering the hospitality (food & beverages) to those guests

What I did

• Led a team of 3: a designer and 2 developers
• Owned delivery across the three personas

Tech

• Frontend: React
• Backend: Go, using Fuego (my own OpenAPI-first framework)
• Infra: AWS

Outcome

The platform is still used in production at Roland Garros events.
